My Story
Let me start by saying thank you…for taking the time to read my story.
At the age of 30, I was a newly divorced real estate broker raising 2 young daughters. From the outside, everything looked great. My business was doing well. I had financial freedom and stability. And my relationship with my daughters was perfect. But on the inside…it was a very different picture. I was struggling with depression, eating disorders, insomnia, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts. My childhood trauma was buried deep within me, destroying my sense of self. After 20 years of running away from the ugly truth, the walls came crashing down. I hit my breaking point.
The crazy part is…my breaking point was actually my turning point, and the beginning of a very beautiful journey. I was introduced to someone I hadn’t known for so long…me!
My health became a priority. I studied nutrition, leadership, personal development, and so much more. I started taking kickboxing and Krav Maga(self defense) classes to improve my physical health. After 4 years of intense training, I tested and achieved my black belt and went on to become the head instructor of the school for the 6 next years. I was building my confidence and reclaiming my identity.
I applied all the knowledge and tools I had learned from great books, seminars, mentors, and experts in the fields of mindset, leadership, nutrition, PTSD, and the healing process. I put in the hard work so I could become the person I needed when I was a little girl. And now I’m blessed to step on stages and motivate others to push past limiting beliefs and old stories, and step into an empowered life, in every way.
I wouldn’t trade a day of my life for all the money in the world. Every hardship was met with an opportunity to forge myself into the person I am today. And that my friends…was worth every tear.
